Under the supervision of the personnel nearby, the operator tries to quickly enter the tank, pick up the tape and then go out. Or because of the inhalation of high concentration of nitrogen in the tank and suddenly dizzy, unconscious and fall into the tank. After seeing the situation, the guardians immediately set up a ladder to enter the tank to help the worker who collapsed. However, it was a tragedy made worse by the fact that he fell down without an air breathing apparatus. Other personnel on the scene immediately pressed the emergency alarm button and reported the situation with walkie talkie. When rescuers arrived, hand-held testers on the hands of workers who fainted showed less than 1% oxygen. Professional rescue workers put on air breathing apparatus and put up hinges to enter the tank for rescue. However, it has been 10 minutes since this time. Finally, two workers died due to ineffective rescue. The accident occurred because the employee believed that he could quickly enter the tank, take out the tape and leave quickly. American security experts point out that this is a wrong idea. Holding your breath and getting in and out quickly is very unreliable, because holding your breath is not enough time to accomplish it. In the confined space entrance, because inhales the high concentration nitrogen, also can cause the oxygen insufficiency and faints.
